One email is all it takes. Write to mia@ohlamix.com from the address you ordered with and say what you bought. There is no form and no approval queue.
A pre-order is paid now and delivered when the product is finished. Until it is delivered to you, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund — for any reason, or for none, with nothing to explain.
If we are going to miss the delivery window stated on the product when you ordered, we will email you before it passes and offer you the choice of waiting or taking a full refund. If you do not reply, we keep your order open and your right to cancel stays exactly as it is.
If we cancel the product altogether, you are refunded in full without having to ask.
If the software does not work on a system that meets the stated requirements, write to us. We will try to get it running, and if we cannot, you get a full refund — within 30 days of delivery, and in practice we are not strict about the date when the fault is ours.
Because software cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, a refund outside that is at our discretion. We would rather refund someone than have them stuck with something they cannot use, so ask.
Reference hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided it comes back in the condition it arrived in, with everything that was in the box.
Return shipping is yours unless the unit arrived faulty or was not what you ordered, in which case it is ours. A unit that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded, your choice — tell us within a few days of delivery and keep the packaging.
Email mia@ohlamix.com from the address you used at checkout, and include what you bought and roughly when. The Stripe receipt number helps but is not required.
We reply within three business days. OHLA is a small company in Philadelphia, so you are writing to a person, not a ticket system.
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Stripe releases it immediately; your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten business days, which is outside our control.
You are refunded the full amount you paid, including any sales tax collected.
This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under the consumer law where you live. Nothing here reduces them.
